Acquisition of Integrated Maintenance Technologies, Inc. - HECO

HECO Predictive Service Group (HECO), part of the HECO – All Systems Go family of companies, is excited to announce that it has acquired Integrated Maintenance Technologies, Inc. (IMT) as of September 18, 2017.

IMT has long been respected for vibration, balancing, root cause failure analysis and other reliability and predictive maintenance (PdM) services. HECO is looking only to build upon these services and invest in the future of these programs that Rick Woodward and his team at IMT have so successfully started and maintained. Rick will remain with HECO as a consultant and engineer during this transitional period and beyond. Except for Rick’s transition, expect to see your normal technicians and analysts as you have had originally with IMT or HECO for the foreseeable future. This acquisition will allow the newly expanded HECO to bring the best parts of both HECO and IMT, merge them into one organization, and provide an improved experience and service to all HECO and IMT Clients.

For all current IMT clients this is a major increase of coverage with a significantly larger team of ISO Certified Category I, II, III, and IV vibration analysts, certified thermographers, certified tribologists, certified ultrasound technicians, and experienced balancing and alignment technicians. As you can see, this acquisition brings a variety of backgrounds and expertise across multiple reliability technologies all under one roof at HECO.

Mix that in with all of the other services and products HECO has to offer such as electric motor repair, new electric motor distribution, electric motor engineering, motor and complete asset management programs and you will see an organization built to serve their customers with their promise of All Systems Go.
